Wallpaper, Fabrics, Pillows, Bespoke Upholstery and Bespoke Furniture: Our products are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. We highly recommend ordering samples so you can experience the color, pattern, and texture before you purchase. 

In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please send us photographs of the issue and we will work to repair or replace your products.

Returns are available for non-custom products within 30 days; to initiate, please email us at customerservice@merimaison.com or initiate your return in your account.
